Consulting
Red-team operators, DFIR investigators, threat hunters. The team that runs the engagements writes the methodologies. Pay scales with shipping, not seniority.
Phygital Labs
ICS firmware engineers, PCB designers, embedded-systems people who want to build a cyber range that the Indian Army, NCIIPC, and the UAE Cyber Security Council have all tested. Manufacturing happens in-house.
Platform engineering
Full-stack and infra engineers building the threat-analyst workbench, the learner cloud, and the BAS orchestrator. Modern stack; small, senior team; ship cadence weekly.
Training faculty
Working consultants who also teach a cohort. The two halves of the job inform each other. Faculty time is recognised, scheduled, and compensated separately from billable engagement hours.
Solutions architecture
The people who scope a Centre of Excellence, design a deployment, and stay on the call when something goes sideways. Hybrid technical-and-commercial; not pre-sales theatre.
Operations & partnerships
Programme managers, partnership leads, comms, finance, legal-tech. Cyberange ships hardware, software, training, and consulting in parallel — the operations team is what keeps those four lines coherent.

The hiring process
Stage 01
Send a CV and either (a) a portfolio link or (b) a short note on what you would build first. We read every application; we reply to every application.
Stage 02
A 45-minute call with someone from the team you would join. We discuss your work, your past engagements / projects, and the question you would most want to be asked.
Stage 03
A scoped, time-boxed exercise that reflects the actual work — never a synthetic puzzle. Take-home for engineering; live-lab for consulting; mock cohort delivery for faculty.
Stage 04
Three to four members of the broader team. Two technical, one team-fit, one with the function lead. Not stress-testing; we are choosing colleagues.
Stage 05
Compensation discussed openly. Bands published internally. References taken with consent. Start dates flexed around current commitments and notice periods.
We commit to a response within five business days at every stage, including a final decision. If we're slower than that, our process broke; let us know.
